A ZBR SHOP partner promotes the store and earns a commission on their customers' delivered orders. These terms supplement the Terms of use.
1. Joining
Apply in the Partner tab of the ZBRSHOP DEALER app with a ZBR SHOP account (the account's name and phone), stating the channels you use (WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, store, other). The team accepts or rejects the application with a reason. Being a partner is independent of the Dealer account.
2. Code and link
- The partner's promo code may give the customer a discount (sometimes by tiers), shown in the Partner tab; it works in the app and on the website.
- The link zbrshop.com/p/CODE gives no discount and only works on the website.
- The discount and commission rate are set by the ZBR SHOP team.
3. Order attribution
- The customer enters the code before confirming, or orders on the website within 30 days of opening the link, on the same phone and browser.
- The code takes priority over the link; with several links opened, the last one counts. An order placed without a code or link cannot be attributed afterwards.
4. Commission
- Commission = partner rate × amount of ZBR SHOP products after discount, excluding delivery.
- It is earned once the order is paid and delivered, then paid at the end of the month by Mobile Money, for all earned commissions, to the number given to the team.
- No commission on cancelled orders, the partner's own purchases (same phone or email as their account), ZBR SHOP services, ZBR DEAL purchases or delivery fees.
5. Rules
- Present yourself as a ZBR SHOP partner, never as the store or an employee; use the prices, photos and descriptions of the app or website; send customers to the app, the website or the official WhatsApp +229 01 95 68 79 98.
- Prohibited: collecting money for ZBR SHOP, changing prices or inventing promotions, warranties or lead times, mass-messaging strangers or adding people to groups without consent, posting fake reviews, creating a page or account impersonating the store, ordering for yourself with your code or creating fake accounts, promising a commission or discount on services or ZBR DEAL.
6. Suspension
In case of a breach, the team may suspend the code and link: they then no longer earn commission. Commissions already earned on real orders remain due; a fraudulent order earns no commission.
