ZBR DEAL terms

Version 2.0 of 29 October 2026. These terms apply to sellers (Dealers) and buyers of ZBR DEAL, the listings area of the ZBR SHOP app. They supplement the Terms of use.

1. ZBR SHOP's role

ZBR SHOP checks and displays listings, provides messaging between buyers and sellers and promotes listings (BOOST). ZBR SHOP is neither the seller nor the buyer: the final price, payment and handover of the item are agreed directly between them. ZBR SHOP does not collect the money of ZBR DEAL sales.

2. Dealer account

  • The Dealer account is activated from the ZBRSHOP DEALER app with a ZBR SHOP account: individual (identity document and IFU) or business (identity document, IFU and RCCM), with clear supporting documents.
  • The team reviews the request and may ask for more information or reject it with a reason. Documents remain private.
  • An individual can ask to switch to a business account (company name, RCCM, IFU): the account stays active during the review and its listings are kept.
  • The “Trusted seller” badge is granted by the team and may be withdrawn.

3. Active listings and plans

  • Free plan: 10 active listings at the same time for an individual, 20 for a business (listings under review and published count).
  • Optional plans: Premium (1 year) and Lifetime, 25 active listings for an individual, 50 for a business, at the prices shown in “My plan”. A business can also request a higher limit.
  • When a Premium plan ends, listings already published stay online until they expire or are sold; no new listing can be published while active listings exceed the free quota. Renewing restores the capacity as soon as the payment is confirmed. The Lifetime plan does not expire. Plans are independent of BOOST and of listing verification.

4. Listing content

  • Only legal items belonging to the seller, honestly described (actual condition, defects, accessories), with 1 to 8 real photos of the item: images found on the Internet are rejected.
  • The price shown is the real price for one item; “Negotiable price” means buyers may offer another price.
  • An item is only listed once: several identical items are sold with a single listing and a quantity.

5. Verification and duration

  • Every listing is checked by the team before publication; a published listing that is edited goes back to verification.
  • A listing stays published for 60 days. Once expired, it stays 10 days in “My Deals”, where the seller can reactivate it as is (within their active listing limit); without reactivation, it is deleted with its photos. The seller is notified 3 days before expiry and 2 days before deletion.

6. Messaging

  • Buyers write to the seller with “Chat”; the seller replies in the Messages tab. The My shop WhatsApp number remains a second way to get in touch.
  • Exchanges stay courteous and about the listing; each participant can block or report a conversation. A reported conversation is reviewed by the team, messages and photos included.

7. Sales

As soon as one or more items are sold, the seller declares it (“Mark as sold”), stating the quantity and whether the sale happened on ZBR SHOP or elsewhere. While items remain, the listing stays online; once the last item is sold, it becomes “Sold” and “Item sold” appears in that listing's conversations. Buyers are advised to check the item before paying.

8. BOOST and DEALER PRO

  • BOOST and DEALER PRO promote published listings (“Sponsored”) for the purchased period. They are paid by MoMo Pay to ZBR SHOP, then by sending the reference; the promotion starts once the team has verified the payment.
  • Nothing is charged automatically; a request without a reference is cancelled after 72 hours.
  • Editing a boosted listing pauses its BOOST during verification, with the remaining time kept. A sold, withdrawn or deleted listing stops being promoted. If a listing is no longer eligible after payment, the team offers a resumption, a credit or a refund.

9. Prohibited

Stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited items; misleading photos or descriptions; bait prices; duplicates; insulting, insistent or advertising messages; presenting yourself as ZBR SHOP or claiming ZBR SHOP guarantees the sale; paying a BOOST or a plan anywhere other than ZBR SHOP's MoMo Pay codes.

10. Sanctions

In case of a breach, the team may reject or suspend listings, block a conversation, suspend or revoke the Dealer account. A suspended account pauses its current BOOSTs and plans (remaining time kept).

11. Buyers

Listings are checked but ZBR SHOP guarantees neither the item nor the transaction. Chat in the app, meet the seller in a safe place or get the item delivered, check it before paying, and report any suspicious listing or conversation.
